    hi all just watched worlds strongest man. i love watching it although id last about 1 second;LOL

    poland 2nd

    poland 1st (marius again 4th time winner)

    the american phil phister won it last year he was the first american to win it since the 70's the americans are getting more competitive every year.

    dont count on it those guys from poland are either all on steroids or there is something in the water there. plus the american strongmen are on their way back up. every year there are more americans joining in and every year one of them does better.

    phister is donzo imo hes kinda old. there is a young guy named kevin nee who is really good and there are some other.

    to answer smokey's question i dont know if mark henry ever competed in this competition. i know he competed in the arnold classic and won that and he won gold medals in the 1996 olympics for the dead lift. mark henry is a very strong man.

    Yes, because no American athlete would ever use steroids...except all of Major League Baseball, lol.

    All bodybuilders look like freaks to me... kind of give me the heeby jeebies...

    well if the americans are on steroids they sure arent working cause they have only won the strongman compitition once in the last 30 years. marius has won it 4 times all by himself.
