When I first started coming to this place the people wernt very friendly but over time I found two budtenders, out of the group of budtenders, who were awesome. I came in one day with no smiles from the new security girl and the same from the front desk girl. I saw the security girl outside and greeted her with a smile and hello only to have her stare me down on the way by without saying a word. They told me to remove my hat before going into the back room which I had no issue with but because it was a new policy and I'm big on conversation I asked what caused the new policy. The front desk girl said, "I just do what my boss tells me and you should too." The tone and look didnt help. I told my favorite bud tender in the back what happened and he hooked me up for my trouble. On the way out I said goodbye only to receive another look from security and to be ignored by the front desk girl. It flaired up my anxiety really bad. I went home that night and wrote a review which I kept classy. They removed my bad review from weedmaps. I rated the medicine and price a 5 but the atmosphere and staff a 1. Before they removed my review they commented on it telling me to try the place out again. After a week I returned to find a very plesant front desk girl and extremely friendly security girl. We laughed/joked around and they made me feel a lot better about going there again. I went home and found my bad review was removed but that was okay. I left a great review and rated them an all around 5 stars. They replied to it just before they removed the review even though there are a ton of good and bad reviews that they left. I asked why and left another good review only to have that removed as well. At this point I'm asking myself whats up with these people?
