Last year I was one of the unlucky few people to catch a really bad bout of e.b. (a really really bad cold). and a staff infection. woohoo lol. anyway, the outcome of those two was three days of being blind and chronic fatigue. Im really doing my best, but I can't seem to do the things I used to without getting exhausted. anyone know a natural remedy or energy booster I can try?

    :)

Wow, I am sorry to hear about your illness, that must have been terrifying!! Glad you are ok!

So, you might want to start looking into some vitamins or something. A womans complete vitamin or maybe there is something that focusses specifically on Fatigue. I work in a drug store, and I am constantly sending people to the pharmasist to ask about vitamins and other over the counter drugs. They are more then happy to help you, so I would suggest just going into your local drug store and talking to somebody behind the pharmacy. The are trained for that kind of thing:)
Smoking weed on a regular basis probably doesn't help your energy levels either. So try and keep your vitamin C levels up and eat healthier then normal.

I really hope you can get it figured out! Good luck!

    Peace and Pot.

For some reason my body doesn't take in vitamins like most peoples, so I have to get a shot of vitamin B at the doctors office once a year in order to take in other vitamins. I used to think I was lazy but once I started getting that shot I noticed a huge difference. I could work non stop for 16 hours a day everyday for months at a time and still have energy. So i'd suggest going to get a vitamin b shot. It really works great.

thanks for the relpys guys :)

It was scary, but theres worse things in life and it goes on.

I have been taking a woman's vitamin, Ive definitely noticed a positive difference since taking it. I was thinking of taking 5HTP? Ive heard good things about it.

that vitamin B shot sounds interesting, I'll have to check that out

Try drinking Peppermint tea. It is really good for chronic pain and fatigue. Also it helps your digestive system. I've been drinking it for a while now and it works wonders. Taste good and freshens your breath also...

coke leaves, kratom leaves or any nutritional supplement with ginseng if you cant get your hands on the first two.

Blue Lotus is also good. Might not be very helpful if you feel drowsy, but will take away that heavy feeling from your body.

    Hello friends....

Nice to find those tips from your side about treating to the chronic fatigue. Tramadol is a pain reliever medicine which is also very good for treating to chronic fatigue.
