Overfert or deficiency?

    Could I please get some help here? I don't know if its overfert or a deficiency of some sort. Have them in a miracle grow soil that is organic and prefertilized. I also gave them a little bit of miracle grow organic choice which is 8-0-0. I could see it being overfert but don't the purple stems indicate N-deficiency? I'm not sure whether to flush them or give them more nutes? The bottom leaves seem to be a little worse and the upper leaves just a lighter green/yellowing

    Yeah that's overfert just like guy said give em a flush and half strength nutes
