Yes, it is a shame that there are still counties and cities in California that just can't see the benefits, especially money from taxes, that these dispensaries generate. It's like the reefer-maddness generation's last hold-outs trying to queer the deal and keep everybody miserable and afraid. I hope Fresno 'wises up' and sees it can make money, employ many, and contain the marijuana phenomenon in a tightly regulated system. Jerks! They block progress every turn of the way.
