Used to be a heavy smoker but when I started fighting I had to quit because it messes with my cardio way too much. I tried vaporizing and it was a little better but for the week after I vaporized it was very hard for me to breath properly and my cardio was affected. I found this strange because I thought that vaproizers had absolutely no negative health effects but I guess I was wrong. So when eating weed, are there any negative health issues that I should be concerned with? As an athlete I can't really be messing with my body. Also the day after how do you feel when consuming weed? Do you feel sluggish at all? When I used to smoke the next day I would feel way too out of it to do any physical activity but other than the breathing trouble I felt perfectly normal after vaporizing.
