Hey there: I have a question about the grow houses. I know there are different limited amount requirement about plants in different cities or counties. May I just rent different houses in different cities or counties? Then I can have different places to grow. Or the easiest way is to rent different houses in the same county? Thank you. Sincerely, Lionel
I mean, for example: City of Oakland Ordinance: Indoors -- Up to 72 plants with up to 32 square feet of canopy and 3 # dried bud. Caregiver amounts calculated on the above numbers per patient served. Outdoors -- 20 plants at any stage of developmen and 3 # dried bud. Can I just rent two places to grow 72 plants per place? OR Can I rent two places in Oakland and San Francisco to grow?
Dude in the state of california you can grow the state limit at one house or residence. But if you start a collective i believe its wide open. The law was written so patients can grow a personal stash not grow for profit. Its going to be hard to explain the reason why you needed multiple houses for growing to the judge.I would be more worried about rippers.
