For anyone interested in an intriguing podcast regarding many different drugs and there effects I recommend the UC Berkeley Psych 119 lecture series.
It delves into the chemistry, psycho-social aspects, and health aspects along with other aspects of drugs such as tobacco, alchohol, marijuana, cocaine, heroin, and a slew of others.
Many critics have said this professor is biased on behalf of cannabis, but to be honest the professor has looked up the facts, studied them intensely and presents them as they are. The FACT that cannabis happens to be one of the safest and most beneficial drugs is not bias, especially when backed with the scientific evidence.
So listen to these lectures whenever you get the chance, they aren't ongoing as it was a semester class, so take your time and learn some truly valuable information on the many drugs that surround us.
I found it on iTunes, but I also found a link here
