Lets see...I grew up in the 80s and 90s.....I loved Atari....Pong, Combat, PITFALL!, battleship, pac man, mrs pac man, dig dug, burger time, all those awesome 80s games (and graphics and music)
Then came the original NES, 2 words...DUCK HUNT lol. Gunsmoke, hogans alley (I guess I liked the gun games for some reason) I never really was into the Mario/Zelda stuff, I guess its never been my type of thing, Paperboy and Excitebike were the shit tho. I remember the time I got so excited cuz I made it to Friday on paperboy lol.
Then along came Sega, I loved Sonic I'd play it for hours and hours. Shinobi rocked too. SNES was alright, Ninetendo had a lot of great games but that was around the time I was more into outdoor sports.
Now with all the new consoles, I sometimes long for the old days when games were simple and you could see the entire playing field (Obviously I'm not a fan of FPS games) But you put an Xbox and an Atari in front of me and I'll go for the atari any day.
Pitfall *sigh* I loved the Tarzan yell and the gator chomp lol.
