The noise of the 360 is kinda bad, and it throws off a LOT of heat. Like a little space heater. With the surround up enough you don't even notice after a while.
As for which one looks better? Well I have heard that the PS3 looks a little better but it's missing some p's. As in the 360 renders it at 720p natively and will up or down convert as the tv requires, but the PS3 is only rendering out at 520ish p's and upscaling through software to get the rest. That and so far the PS3 online for it, though free, is broken and won't really work till they patch it. The 360 does have the advantage of more games and MS is really working with the developers and making good dev kits. Sony so far is kind of half-assing that end of things and the devs hate that chip in it, bitch to program for.
Game is awesome though, no matter where you play it. The only real reason I'm on the 360 is that I got mine free from pepsi

I think a very difficult is get really blazed and then have to drive niko home, while being blazed in real life and drunk in the game, thats 2nd generation fucked up | |

It's definetly a killer game, I've beat it also so I play online quite a bit with friends..usually doing GTA racing or just messing around on freemode.

Only got to play it once, but I love it. The drive physics are a little goofy at first but you get used to them. Can't wait to get my PS3 and beat this one.

im almost done, but the missions are pretty darn hard now. I usually run around causing serious havoc. and PIT'n a po in a game is just too cool. wait.... I spent a few days at my dads place for my brothers graduation, and my dad was like. All this game is, is killing people. and runnin from the cops. "Man this is too much like real life."
