Your Perfect Game?

My perfect game idea would be a mix of something like Call Of Duty 4 and Grand Theft Auto styles.... but would be FPS style on foot but 3rd person style in vehicles, totally online only

imagine one server being a world.... choose your country of origin, unit of military service and specialist skills for your character...

you can go anywhere in the world, using any means of transport u can think of.... get a teammate to drop you off from chopper or walk the whole way etc.

each country has a secret hidden base known only to your own military which can only be used by you and yours, where you would respawn after dying in that particular country (kind of like an embassy, except hidden from the enemy... or it could be in a major city in plain sight like a secret safehouse)

this world is battletorn and has no civilians, only military players...

u can perform random black ops missions to sabotage anything from supply lines to power sources... or go on full assualt to capture a strategic position...or even the entire country... the only thing not capturable is the secret bases in your home country which would become home base to your "resistance front"

work as team strategically, or go on solo missons, all of which can be performed at any time.. with exceptions obviously as it is an online game...

rules like.... no-one can attack and take-over an undefended nation (when no-one from that nation is logged on) but can still perform intel gathering missions and setup for assaults on positons...

the ability to log on and choose your spawn point would be essentail as you don't wanna be stuck in australia if your home is under attack....

i still have many ideas and details to think through tho...

anything else you could think off that would work well would be welcome...

obviously this is a dream game as i doubt even Bill Gates has a computer that could run something as big and graphically beautiful as what i have in mind (think COD4 graphics), but we can all dream lol

At the very least it could be possible to do a cross between War Rock and COD4, playing Battle Group maps on war rock (very big levels which include jets and helicopters and tanks and shit) with COD4 graphics (actual grass and camouflage) would make it impossible to spot a sniper unless you seen the muzzle flash from a fired shot.... sniper heaven

Thats a interesting idea for a game wesley COD 4 graphics with that large of a battlefield amazing stuff but it would take some serious power to run and a large graphics card to boot... Not unfeasible by any means i mean look at the games they are coming out with some of which need more then 2 gigs of ram ...just unreal i remeber back in the day were 16 k of ram was the shit ....


i suppose a perfect game would be something like Cod4 but a a lot more features diff weapons perhaps drivable tanks and choppers and such and defiantly many more levels that react to how u played the previous ones...

I'm a huge RTS fan, but also huge on history. If they could come out with a total war / gta (sandbox) type game where you could zoom out to the world and control massive armies, navies, super arms, etc and create a future would be my idea of a never ending amazing game.

Or a souped up version of GTA where you could form a drug cartel and manipulate governments or create a gun smuggling business where you could travel through Europe, Asia, US cities, etc. Or run for senator and change the community for the better or worse with different things that happen changing the story of the character.

I'm excited to see how end war comes out, its going to have a 24 hour online match going on where you could be one of three nations Russia, U.S., or France.

I don't have to look too hard to find my perfect game, but at the same time, moods change. I know its awesome when I run across a game that just perfectly fits my mood. Dead Rising did that for sure. Then I tried The Orange Box for a change of pace and I was blown away by the experience.

But maybe I should bring up the game that I play often during shifts of many moods. That would be Dynasty Warriors I guess. Any version. For some reason, it puts me in such a. . .zone. And yes, I am very aware that most incarnations of the game get low ratings and the game is definitely repetitive.

But if I had to choose one game to take with m on a desert island, it would be any from the DW franchise.

i'd like a game like GTA where you can deal drugs, smuggle guns, rob banks tons of illegal stuff, do drugs, and maybe farming in the game where you can grow and make your drugs of choice. and also you start out by being a teen having to go to school, and getting a job and soon start to roam the city to buy stuff and cops that are normal that will give up looking if you hide and they cant find you ect. also like a ingame cell with people calling for you to meet them and also asking for a certain amount of product also be able to buy cars, guns, houses.

that would be amazing.

A game that is about being in the "Hood" lol and being a blood or a crip. Always thought that would be fun. With lots of drug taking in the game aswell.
