My brother stepped on my PSP and now I can see anything except for the cool looking cracks.
I want to know what stores I could personally go to so my PSP can get fixed.

I don't want to do anything online. Too complicated. Would Gamestop do it for me?

I have a cracked screen also, Im lucky that I have another broken psp (not the screen) that I can make a good one from the 2.
I watched a video on youtube on how to replace the screen its real simple, so I would look for a broken psp with a good screen and do it myself.
