I was looking at the 7th Floor & Da Buddha's website and was thinking of getting an adapter for my bong to use along with my future vaporizer. I already have a bong so what else would I need to buy - the adapter? How would this work and how much does it cost? Is another name for this adapter called a water filter or ice chamber? Please help ASAP, I would like to know so that I can order everything together rather than in 2 seperate orders, thanks

The Vapor is already free from pollutants, why add a bong?

you can get an adapter for both the SSV and DBV to plug into your bong. you just need to know the size of the hole on the bong.

and plugging a bong or water piece into the the vap is amazing. the hits from a vap are still a little dry and can hammer the back of the throat in an extended session. adding the water peice to this equation will allow for some seriously smooth tokes. the first time i toked from Tokin's water piece on his vap, it was another BAM moment. i couldnt believe the SSV had gotten even better.

I wanted to know what's the exact piece(s) I'd need to pick up and/or what it's called. I have a bong that I can use as my ice chamber (not even planning on using water, just ice) and I can measure the hole but it's all glass... how does the adapter on the actual bong works OR will I have to buy a complete piece (this would not be an option). Can I rig my bong and make an "ice chamber" with the current whip?

the tube from the vap that you normally toke on, attaches onto the bong with the SSV attachments . they sell a fitting for you to cleanly interface the two.

Would these same adapters work for DBV? Also, how does this attach to the wand tha comes with DBV? In the link that I went to all it showed was the glass on glass water adapter but I didn't see the part that connects to the bong side for sale (unless it's with the entire ice chamber piece as well, which I don't need).

I am guessing that I'll need the part that connects onto the stem portion of my bong and the piece/adapter that connects to my whip that came with the DBV... would this be correct? I am hoping that it's easy to interchange the regular whip mouthpiece with the bong adapter without cracking or breaking any of the glass pieces or mouthpieces... just trying to understand how this whole thing works.

So what are the parts that I'll need to buy and how much will this all cost.

Sorry, a couple more questions:

I found that they sell the Ice Chamber Downstem for $14 but could I use this for my own personal bong? How good would the seal be if I just get the downstem piece? How easy/hard is it to interchange these pieces to the regular whip and back?

I just use the regular whip set up, sorry im not any help for this.

that part i linked you to dude is the connector that goes into your bong. the wand goes against the vap like normal, and you hit the bong like you normally would. see what im saying? and yes there is a DBV connection.

So... Connect glass on glass connector to bong. stick wand to vaporizer... put lips to bong.. inhale like mad....

I'm pretty sure that I figured out the basics of what you're saying already but the question is more how do I change the connection from the end of the whip where I'd usualy put my lips to inhale and then be able to connect it to the bong's adapter stem?

The opening on my bong (soon to be ice chamber) is 3/8" but I'm not sure how many mm that converts into. On the site they only have 2 different sizes. Also, the opening of my bong has a glass stem that comes out through the hole (goes about 1/2" up) in order to hold the sliding piece that acts like a carb... like any typical bong.

Anymore help with this would be greatly appriciated... thanks for all of the info so far.

Was going to order this afternoon but still waiting to hear a response on this... anyone out there can help?

Would like a direct list of the accesories that I'd need to connect a DBV whip to my basic glass bong with a 3/8" stem hole... I'd only consider it if it can be done with my own bong; if I have to buy an ice chamber then I'd just pass.

Again, thanks for the help... want to buy it this afternoon so the sooner the better
