I have done it a few times,,,but today I found this website with some incredible jumps listed... a nice 3 to 4 mile hike to these huge punchbowls in the middle of nowhere.
there is a cliff right across the iowa river from a friend of mines house. we go over there and jump off that all day. the real challenge was to jump off take a drink of beer in the air and land in the water without spilling our beer.
