okay ive been smokeing here and there for the last five or six years but lately ive been smoking everyday for the last 2 months.i usually smoke after work and just chill out,it especially helps out with sleep(get the best sleep ever and ive always had a shitty sleeping schedule)
so about a week ago i worked out for about 45 mins, took a shower, and chilled out for a hour before smoking
i go to my garage load a bowl and only take three hits. as i go to my room i instantly feel my heart rate take off and my vision is alittle laggy.i end up staying up till 6am, cant stop moving around,get intense shivers,feel freezing even though my face is burning up, and have racing thoughts.my dad said beer helps him come down but then i just start throwing up.
i havent smoked since then because i got alittle spooked but i was just wondering if this sounds like a panic or anxiety attack, an OD, because i worked out, or if it was laced (i just jacked my dad shit,he doesnt admit hes into other things but ive stumbled upon some stuff)im kindda battling with bulimia too but things have been getting stable for me. thanks for any opinions

Dude that surely sounds like it was laced. That's the only explanation that pops into my head.
I mean what else would it be if you were fine with smoking before then?

I dont think it was laced with some other drug, most people aren't going to lace pot with something more expensive since bud is cheaper than most other drugs.

It could have just been really good bud and maybe you were just really high. But a panic/anxiety attack might make sense too.

I hope you don't mind me asking, Blacktonguebaby, did you eat anything in between your workout and smoking ? Perhaps your blood sugar level dropped and contributed to the effects ?

Its possible you're used to smoking savita strains and your dad had an indica strain?

Savita gives you that ringing in the head high where you sit and be chill and watch movies or veg out.


Indica gives you that body high where you just want to go and do something for hours.

i only added the eating part because i heard after prolonged times it can fuck up your heart kindda why i stopped and my heart was def going crazy that night
i ate some left overs like a hour or two before working out, none after tho
another theory someone said was maybe i released endorphines from working out and when i smoked the effects like sky rocketed?dunno
i def like the chill out weed better haha wish me luck im probably going to smoke tomorrow night
