I used to be a medical caregiver and I enjoyed anti-marjuana people whom encountered me... I had sited sources from their sources saying that Marijuana isnt that bad. just put them in their place with legit information is the key.

I've run across them, but never have engaged in debates. Well, with my wife, but I wouldn't say she's hardcore anti. Because it's illegal, she's against it. If the legality were to change, she'd relent.

But it's alot like debates about firearms. There are a lot of emotional arguments and exagerrations of facts. You want the right information out there, but sometimes, it just doesn't make since to try to open a closed mind.

k so i was out of town stayin with my boy, and we had nothing to do one day and no car, so we called up a few girls he knew.... they picked us up, we bought a bag, and drove to a chill spot to smoke. one of the girls is extremely anti-weed, but i didnt know this yet.

theres me and my friend, and 3 girls. i pack a bowl and get out with my friend and 1 girl, and we start smoking. out of nowhere this anti-weed girl pops out the sunroof and looks at us right as this other girl has the pipe to her lips and im lighting it for her. she goes "HOLY SHIT KAILEY ARE YOU SMOKING!?!?!" then gets all mad and goes back inside the car.

after we finished a few more bowls we're driving around and i asked simply why she was so against weed. all she could come up with was "well, i dunno, its... a drug." what did i do? busted out some katt williams on that bitch:

"Don't give me that shit, that it's a drug, it ain't no motherfucking drug, I've done the research, it's just a plant. It just grows like that, there in the ground. And if you just so happen to set it on fire there are some side effects. But that's not the same as drugs, cause with drugs you got to do shit to it chemically - you gotta add baking soda, water, stir it up, shit I don't know the recipe, I'm just sayin'....But why the fuck is it illegal, I don't know. Aspirin is perfectly legal but if you take 13 of them motherfuckers, it'll be your last headache....As long as you've been living you ain't never heard of a motherfucking overdose on marijuana. You might have thought that ***** was dead, he ain't dead. He gonna wake up in 30 minutes, hungry enough to eat everything in your house."

she had no reply, and the friend i smoked with got all pissed at me after that little rant because apparently its a touchy subject with that bitch

one of my good friends used to be hardcore anti-mj.
her and her friends hated everything about it, attributing it to losers who get nothing done and smell bc they never shower and have dried salsa in their hair from munchie attacks.

but we met and she met lots of my stoner friends and now partakes in the smoking all the time :-) she's loving pot more and more and continually thanks me and my friends for showing her the way.

she's a pretty open minded girl and once she saw that all the stereotypes are not true.....she came over to our side.

Don't bother asking me if we should load another bowl. The anwser is and always will be YES

my parents are, my mom not so much but i've come to the conclusion that i'll just stay quiet. Usually when i'm talking to anti-mj people they're in a group of at least 2 so no matter WHAT i say it doesnt matter. They know they're opinion and it wont change. It doesnt matter how many great minds have smoked pot, how 95% of california wants to legalize weed, how amsterdam has a low teen smoking rate. I end up just getting mad because its like arguing with a wind up doll that only says one phrase.

I especially like when they deny the fact that government studies by the Nixon administration suggested legalizing it because it was fairly safe, and a European study (done by the gov, i THINK england but i forget) proved that marijuana was safer than almost every other legal or illegal recreational drug (surprisingly ecstasy and LSD were some of the 2 safest, even safer than weed).

just thinking about it gets me mad

my close friend is anti mj, knows i smoke, and just barely was around me for the first time while i hit my bowl, he even fucked with me while i was blitzed, he made me almost pass out from laughing

i have a friend who is anti WEED, i told her to piss off she doesnt know crap about life
usuallly people who are anti weed or have never tried, are anti freaking everything

My half sis. We now hate each other because she is so close minded. I tried, you just have to ignore the ignorant. Peace and pot all.

My nan was really against weed at one point but over the past couple of months shes started to see that its not bad and its not a drug. Up until 4 months ago i had some problems with drugs that has been going on since i was 16 (24 now) but since i'v started growing, and smoking alot more pot shes seen that its changed me for the better, and i dont think i'd of got off the other if i didnt start growing! For ages i couldnt drum it into her that it actually does alot of people good, i think aswell that now she knows that you can get it medically in the states shes started not to frown upon it as much.

I really don't have a problem with anti-MJ people...i don't try to argue with them. If they don't want to smoke they don't have to. But when they try and cite dumb shit to say why it should remain illegal, that's when the shit sorta hits the fan.

My best friend doesn't smoke, but she's not Anti-Marijuana. She just personally does not like the feeling of being high. She has done it 3 times in her life, once even being when we went to Amsterdam together, so it's not like she's never tried it. She has no problem with it and understands why I, and other people, do it. She just can't get over feeling paranoid, etc. when she's high, which I feel is understandable, at least she's tried it. I love her and she loves me, despite the fact I smoke alot and she doesn't.
