| Re: depressed???? Yep, I've been there. It's likely two issues. Bear in mind that this is only conjecture. Herb is classified as a depressant, ya? I know it doesn't directly, cause depression, though the effects of different herb could compound any existing issues. If you're already feeling unmotivated and you smoke some herb with a heavy stone, what little motivation you did have will probably dissipate. It's always a good idea to take a break and have a few days or weeks of good introspective time. There may be something else bothering you that you haven't noticed. Either because you're busy or too blasted to deal with it properly. The break period will let you get everything squared away while fully lucid and then when you go back to smoking there won't be any underlying issues nagging at the back of your mind, giving you anxiety. I'm sure others have experienced this as well, you'll probably get a fair few responses. I have heard that some people just don't get along with the herb too, you may just have to go clean, look to meditation for a good buzz.
