Ok so my mom is the coolest parent in the world i love to bits and shit but she was the one that got me smokin in the first place she said if i was gonna do it she wanted to be at home so she new what was in the shit and made it easy to get munchies and things.

My granpa on the other hand didnt know till i spent like three months to "straighten up" but this is how it went:

meut i dint want to be here right after work
him: i was worried are you high?
me: do you think i am high
him:duh dioshit i know your high
mek point
him:why didnt you tell me
me:cause you old and would get all pissy
him:go to bed and dont tell no-one

went to bed
it was easy

Yeah so one time after a game we were all smoking a blunt in the backyard of my buddies house. His mom ended up coming home early and walked out back. To her surprise there we were all 7 guys in our circle passing the blunt. Luckily she thought it was a swisher... for some odd reason.. So we played it off and pretended it was... while still hitting it and passing it in front of her haha good times... naive parents..

Well when i first started smoking the reef, my mom knew but didnt really say anything..((she smokes the reef too)) so one day when my lil sister was gone she asked me if i wanted to hint this joint and like chaa..

I live with my dad because he isn't physically able to live by himself, so I get paid by the army I think, to take care of him. and he's always talking about how he would be disappointed in me if I smoked dojo, cause he doesn't want me to be like him. I still smoke but I don't let him know.

Well i can tell either of my parents when i'm high bcuz ive toked with both of them =P seperatly. each parent is oblivious that i did it with the other parent lol good times.~BM~

same here, i come home baked all the time and the only thing my mom ever asks me is that if im drunk and, that happened like once.

I smoke out with my parents so no worries here.

my dad smokes weed, but we have a dont ask dont tell policy, i have always wanted to tell him my weed is better, but i dont want to fuck up the flow.

My dad is a... COP! Hahaha
He knows I smoke, he doesn't like it, be he knows I light up at least once or twice day. He, however, like alot of other well informed and intelligent parents these days, are aware that there is much much more dangerous things I could be getting into.
I've come right out and said to him before, (and he agreed), and I quote.
"I have such a hard time believing I am doing anything wrong because I am not hurting anyone or bothering anyone. I get high. I sit in my room and play my bass, or watch a movie, or listen to music. Now if I was getting drunk and jacking up on speed, then ripping up the roads at 100 MPH and blasting music as loud as the speakers could handle... then I could understand you or anyone else having a problem with it"
I laugh, pause, then he says
"Your right. As long as I know where you are and you just stick to that, ok."
He has stressed however,that If I ever get caught he would not help me out of jail , that I would do the time. Understandable. And also that it better not be in his house or on his property, Including weed and all weed related objects. Which is completely understandable. I mean... I get busted and they find pipes and more weed... in HIS house... then there goes his career as a police man.
So as long as your understanding and respectful, most likely they will work with ya.

I still remember the first time He found out.

Me:"hey"
Him:"What are ya doing?"
Me:"Sitting in my room...~deep nasal exhale~...Uhh.. watching a movie"
Him:"You ok?"
Me:"I am great!" (Tony the Tiger style)
Him:"..."
Me"I am gonna go. Movie's getting good.."
(laugh heard as I hang up)
He kinda sounded let down... which hurt pretty badly... But he has accepted I am different.

Through High school i would come home high. my mother would know it but tried not to beleive it lol.

Then during my sophmore year, I decided i didnt give a fuck and either they get over it or they put me out. They got over it

My dad used to smoke but cant anymore due to a goverment FAA job.

They both accept that I smoke and dont care really.


One day pops will smoke with me

damn man you all are lucky my parents like most didnt wanna believe i smoked weed. ive been gettin high for 9 years and lived at home for 5 of those years so they knew. they hate it my mother hates weed more than anything in this world lol but knew i smoked weed she would find it all the time and shit my dad never said a word. so needless to say i still smoke weed all day everyday and will until the day i die!

I'm actually leaning towards option number 2.
She used to tell me if i did drugs i'd get kicked out of the house.
Same for cigs.
She's found my cigarettes, but i'm 18 so she can't say anything.
I came home from an amazing party, and immah tell you, you could smell how amazing it was on me, lol.
I know i smelled like reefer.
but she thought it was cigarettes.

If you mom grew up in the 60's or 70's she probably knows what pot smells like. Hell for all you know she might be blowing smoke out of the window on the the other side of the house. Lol

My mom's pretty young, actually.
Turned 38 this year.
I don't doubt she knows the smell, i'm sure she's toked it up once or twice in her day... i'm positive my dad did.) but my parents turned ultra-conservative a few years back (they found jesus and what-not) so things have been very... awkward between me (with my "liberal hippy attitude") and them.
