So i finally just got up but the patterns were still there (or at least i thought) then i hear "hey are you leaving? let me get my stuff" and im sure i had heard that before so maybe it was a premonition...

Thats called trippin. When you smoke enough that you're seeing things, hearing things, even possibly seeing the "future" or certain things like that.
Been there, done that, trust me, those are the best highs of your life, enjoy them while you can.
