Last week i was driving to taco bell with my friend and as i was going up a ramp i felt like i was in a spaceship or something because the ramp was pretty steep so all i say was like the sky lol it was nuts. Anyone else have any storys?

Nope, to me driving high is no different than drinking and driving and there's a lot of people on here that feel the same way so you might get called a dumbass a lot on this thread..........i cant drive when im high anyway it takes too much concentration! But hey i guess the wreck you cause one day may get u so fkd up you can get that card you were asking about just for pain relief from the broken back, or just to cure your panic attacks once the lawsuit is settled from the other driver you hit. just saying

Look, I can't say I haven't driven high, or drunk for that matter. Fuck, I get on my bike after a few drinks or a joint withough really thinking about it. But I admit that I shouldn't be doing it. It's just not worth it, especially with the DUI laws and the fact that we're trying to fight for legallity, you know? Sorry man, I don't mean to preach to you, you've heard it before.

I do love it though. Riding the quad or the motorcycle, or taking the jeep out wheeling in the woods.

driving stoned is very irresposible, im not against it i just think its irresponsible, but i must say that studies have shown it does not increase your risk of getting into an accident because unlike dwi you adjust your driving to your intoxication as in start to break earlier and prepare to turn earlier, etc

Ill never drive after drinking tho but when I do it high i dont drive far. No highways or anything luckily there about 5 fast food places near my house lol

and also that they have proven that texting and driving is far far worse than drunk driving

Dude, when radios were first put in cars accidents skyrocketed. They are still there because corporations can advertise on it, and they are still causing accidents.

I remember seeing an anti-pot ad showing a girl driving and hitting a dude, but right before she hit him, she was fiddling around with the radio.

I've driven drunk once and will absolutely never do it again. It scared the shit out of me. However, if I'm not that blazed I will drive. I don't feel that it compromises my driving ability to the point where I cannot drive safely. I actually drive slower. It feels like it takes forever because there are corn fields everywhere and it's night out.

Some people can handle it, others can't. And I'm sure it also depends on the pot your smoking. My pot gives me more of a body buzz, not so much a head high.

I hate driving- my attention span is shot enough as it is.
When I drive I am totally intense on the road and double check everything. Living in Mass. theres a lot of crazy drivers and not a lot of room on the road. I've driven high, never drunk. I've driven with a drunk driver- and it was scary as shit.
When I drive high I'm always alone and keep the radio off, all my distractions away. Even when I'm driving regularly I need to turn down the radio when I make a big decision like witch exit to take or what street I'm looking for.

i just try to b EXTRA careful, but it's VERY difficult sometimes cuz i'll start getting tunnel vision, or everything looks like it's moving, or my eyes go in different directions. lol

100% true there. For me I find it easy I really don't get distracted or anything. It doesn't matter if im listening to music or someone's in the car with me its pretty much all the same

when i'm going through the drive thru lanes in a low car, there's always mulch and flowers and that little curbing fairly close on either side.....always think i'm in one of those log rides at an amusement park hehe

i don't want to piss you all off, but i drive high every single day. I have had my license for 5 years and i have NEVER gotten in an accident of any sort and NEVER gotten pulled over. I always go between the speed limit and 5 over tops.

I honestly can say i drive better when i'm a little high (not completely blasted). When I'm not high i get sleepy but weed makes me concentrate really hard on the road. Now, it wasn't always like this...it took years of training. I used to drive drunk and under the influence of dxm...and let me tell you, that's like feeling completley sober but the road feels like its inching by at 50 miles an hour...so hard to explain.

but anyways, i think this is on a person to person basis. I know some people who can't, but i know others who have perfect driving records and drive stoned all the time.

i used to have moderate add though, and pot does tend to help with it

weed makes me scan like a mother fucker, i'm all over that road (with my eyes of course)

I am not going to comment on the "driving while high debate"; all I am going to say is that I love it when weed can actually fuck me up enough to say, "I am too stoned to drive!"

i wasnt saying that no one can do it and i agree wholly that it is a person to person thing but i know i would hate to get pulled over and possibly lose my liscense cause of that tho atleast till it gets legalized anyway and my state is kinda hard on the drivers esp. if you have stuff in the car with you
