we've all had those epic highs where you feel like you know the meaning of life. you just understand the universe. share your stoner theories and logic. especially if youre ripped right now.


one time i got reaaallyy ripped with a couple of my girlfriends. my friend jessicas mom came and picked us up and so i wouldnt say something stupid i just kept silent all the way home. in my head i came up with this theory that the entire reason smoking weed is great, the reason people love the high is all to do with one word. REALIZATION. i got home and grabbed a pen and started writing my thoughts down all over my body so i wouldnt forget it all. eventually i figured out i could use paper. i wrote an entire 12 page essay, front and back of paper, about how people smoke weed so they can simply realize whatever they must. i woke up in the morning covered in the rantings of a lunatic and buried under a pile of paper. i'll see if i can find the essay somewhere and share it, it was actually fairly good.

I've deff thought about that though, never wrote it down. But some of the things i cam up with made so much sence its crazy. Things that had to do with the economy, how it can bring a more peaceful world, war, happiness, sickness.
Its insane it truly love the herb.

In the end we all smoke for different reasons. If Crispy doesn't want to reveal himself or I want to think about whatever pops into my head, then to each his own I say... by the way... that essay would the be awesome to read!

so i looked for the infamous essay all friggin day and i still can't find it. probably cause i just moved and i've had better things to do with my time than unpack like munchin out and staring at nothing. but i was trying to remember what the essay was about and i think i got the basic idea. so like when youre tripping and shit and then all of a sudden you snap back into reality you realize you were tripping out. that's the part of getting high i just love, those moments when you snap back into reality and know you were just out of your mind for a minute. it's kind of a "don't know what you've got til it's gone" thing for me, remembering that trip from 10 seconds ago. it's hard to explain but maybe some of you will understand if you light one up and think about it.

I always enjoy an epiphany while blasted. It feels fantastic. I never remember what it was I was so amazed to discover and honestly I think that I'm seeing something fairly mundane in a different light. I've been incredibly frustrated by it as well. Feeling that I have something amazing to share with the world, for all of fifteen seconds. . . Then it's gone. The times I have written it down, as was mentioned earlier, it looks like a psycho rant. Need the decoder ring I guess. What was it. . . "The Second Attention", something ol' Don Juan mentioned. A state in which you remember things you've learned in the state itself. Outside of the Second Attention you forget what you remembered. Ya know?

That's pretty much me everytime I smoke...I'm definitely known as a quiet person when I'm high, and it's always because all I do is think.

The best part is when you're high, it always makes sense. I sat down and wrote 8 pages of just my thoughts that made total sense at the time, and I read it the next morning and was like, "holy crap I was high." But when I'm high, sometimes the thoughts I come up with I feel are so important that I'm paranoid to forget them.

I tend to have a revelation, then spend about thirty seconds struggling to remember what it was, and then I give up.

gah, ivehad theories about sociology that i can only seem to remember when im that stoned (im sober now)

time and time again i realise that i absolutly cannot escape the fact that everything runs on a cycle, take in order to give, living to die, and history repeating itself. I think that just about every single time im high

yeah i always have this idea that life is a hologram and our existence really isn't important so we should just live our lives. something to that tune..

Within my group I'm known as the philosopher. However, I talk way too much because all I do is annoy ppl with my theories and just like go on fucking rants. Its like looking at something and unfolding it, with just like knew levels of knowledge blowing into your face at each fold its so fucking cool like thats what i love doing.

I feel like high isn't high without music. Music is so incredible it makes you think more about things like and that thing you mentioned about tripping for 10 seconds and then snapping back LOL IK RIGHT

I always think when I'm high. People always notice how quiet and chill I am.

Oh, and on a somewhat related note about music, does anyone else get that helicopter effect when they're totally fucking baked?

How true is that statement? When I first started smoking again, I found myself being very introspective about who I had become and the kind of person I was... I was not happy with the realization so I made adjustments and I have come out on the other end a changed person because of those self inspections... I do seem to have a lot of ah-ha! moments.
Epiphanies seem to occur more under the influence of the herb than straight.

I find that while stoned, I am able to figure out those hard guitar solos, and I am faster....and it carries itself over to when I am not stoned... It is just ...clear...

Oh yeah...I heard the Jackson Five song, Blame it on the Boogie, while high the other day and that song blew my mind...or I was really baked...
