I don't understand people who don't exercise. You were born with a body. Use it.
It is scientifically proven that you will live longer if regular execise is incorporated into to your everyday life.
The human heart will grow weak if all it is used for is walking back and forth between the fridge and TV.
Eating healthy is just not enough to keep your body healthy. You can't let yourself be comfortable all the time. Your body needs some resistance.
Even if all you can do is walk an extra mile around the block everyday, it's still something.
You also feel better when you exercise. You feel alive. You're more energetic. It's easier to sleep at night because you body's tired too, not just your mind.
When your body's tired, exercise your mind; when your mind's tired, go to sleep.
I used to work out, but I stopped because life didn't really allow it. But now I'm working on moving into my own apartment and I'm planning on picking it up again. I also go for walks all the time, and this coming winter I'm planning on learning to snowboard!
I usually walk in the spring, summer and fall. Winter weather is too harsh to enjoyably walk in the area i live. Its a challenge every year to get back in the 'groove' of walking, but for the past several years I have been able to do it. Hope i can this year. When I get regular exercise i feel alot better. What i do is smoke a bowl before my walk, put on ear buds with my mp3 in my pocket, and take the dog along with for his walk too. Its fun.

See, that's exactly how to do it. Where in WA are you that the winters are that harsh, though? Even when it snowed in Seattle a couple times it was fun to just walk around in it. I like to walk at night, when there's nobody else around and it feels like you've just got the whole world to yourself. Add snow, and that's a fine evening in my book.
yes i do, people say its gay lol (narrowminded rejects) its just a celebration of the human body and if you've been blessed with a healthy one that works properly dont just sit on your ass all day eating junk,
its like putting bad fuel into your car, or even the wrong fuel. funny how people dont make mistakes when it involves them digging into their pocket

I work out up to 4 times a week. I run on the treadmill or use the stationary bike for 5 miles each time (15~20 miles a week) I use free weights and Nautilus Eqpt. and swim at least once a week
I also Hike on the weekends 3~5 miles
I'm sugar free
Low carb
High Protein/fiber diet
I drink loads of water and Diet Lipton Green Tea and brown rice
and smoke chronic with a vaporizer~ Hazz
I do , ( workouk regularly ) and have since I was 15 y/o ( 32 now ) . I like getting high before I lift. I injest thou ,, not smoke . ( just my preferrence ) I love how I "become" so focused and much stronger when I have my head right . Nothing like it. Being high amplifies my already enormous musclesize and I feel annimated and like a R/T musclemorph ! Hooking up with certain people when feeling like this is awesome.
i smoke a nice fat dubie thru a joint outside at 3 am and shadowbox for about 2 hours in my antonio barerra zone lol, im addicted to it, keeps my high just right and my body in great shape
