Stoner Buck$$: 260.33 | Re: mindfulness mindfulness is being in the present moment
it is being aware of where u r
what u r doing
being awake
it is being in touch with every step that u take
and every word that u speak
it is recognizing the beauty of being
it is appreciating the experience
it is the ability to just be
for still water reflects a more true image
and moving water gives a distorted reflection
mindfulness is not worrying
about the future or the past
it is living every moment as the only moment. |

Stoner Buck$$: 167.49 | Re: mindfulness It's easy to underestimate the power of being fully mindful. Everything changes, every experience becomes clearer and more vibrant. But you have to make sure that it's a very natural, not over-grasping mindful awareness, otherwise it becomes forced, and loses its effectiveness completely.

As you move higher through various traditions you come to realise that bad/good moral/immoral are irrelevant and you leave worrying about them behind. There can be no extremes and differences in Unity and One-ness. It's a common fallacy nowadays for instance to equate ultimate reality with light, when it also manifests in darkness.

I think it is one of the most wonderful tools a person could have, but I find it extremely tedious.
Peace and Pot.
