Put them in a cool dry place, dark too. They can be viable for years if stored properly.

An airtight and light tight container would be your best option. Do you have a Vacuum sealer? You could always seal them up then put them in a paper bag in the back or something along those lines. I keep some stuff that requires the same type of storage in a Pelican Micro case. Air tight, water proof, all that jazz.

Pollen, from the male plants can stay viable for quite some time. Months I believe. I can only imagine that the sooner you use it the better though. There are a couple of methods for harvesting it. One is paper under a male plant, then, while well away from any of your females, knock the pollen out of the sacks on the plant. You can put it in a film canister, then freeze it for a while.

does it mater if its male or female pollen? i mean i was told to put a paper bag around a branch on a female for an hour when lights are on and itll make female sacks so......?

The male plant has the pollen sacks. The buds on the female plants are the reproductive centers. Once you've collected the pollen from a male plant, you can put some in a bag and place that bag around one or more lower branches to pollinate them. You'll probably get many more seeds than you expect from one bud, thoroughly pollinated.
