its legal to purchase magic mushroom spores in the usa but it is illegal to grow them, they are intended for microscopic study only.

Once you get the spores you have to grow the mushrooms from them to get high.

Most of the sites you find for example nirvana seeds and ect (banners on this site for seeds) they all send to the united states, if they didn't there buisness would most likely go down and as other people said just quoting they come in unmarked packages as if you were receive a nice gift from a friend
