I'm three weeks into flower and just now gettin white hairs. Is this normal for this strain?

Also it's winter now and my temps are staying between 58-70 Is that affecting my growth rate?

Well now being in week 13 of flower I can say this strain is most definitely a longer maturing plant. I'd say its worth the time for the beautiful buds and the nice cerebral high. Starts to get some beautiful dark purple tones late in flowering.
