I growing lowryder 2 in a prepara power plant system
Imma rookie @ dis so U kno I gotta few questions..

1. on my prepara plant instructions it tells me to keep the seeds covered for the first 4-5 days. Is this neccessary?

2. Are there any supplements or nutrients I should add to the instructed water supply?

3. NE tips, trickz, or advice U might find useful

4. Security kindof tight round here. NE stealth planting places U recommend?

she is 2 and a half weeks into flower, the buds have been steadily forming over these past few days and as they are coming in you can already see the purple calyxes

-Speaker growbox, 1 plant per speaker, planning on using 2 hang lights with a Y splitter in each, will be using 50w CFL's for veg and flowering. Each speaker will have a total of 4 lights(more than enough lumens to go around). Im thinking about lining the speaker inside with some of the shiny gift wrap paper from the dollar store. Making a homemade filter that should work very nice. I plan on germing 4 seeds, letting them grow until i can sex them then only keeping 2 females.

All under one 1000 watt HPS
Running off a 1000 ballast
Running full dutch master advanced flower line and foliar spray

Alrighty they are all on day 13 of flower. Everything is off and running smoothly, slowly getting all the branches where I want them under the screen. The AK-47 branches like a beast, it almost looks like a mass of vines under my screen, with tons of bud sites. I like the way the Purple Kush and Green Krack branches, it doesn't put out as much as the AK-47 does but it makes it a lot easier to manage under the screen. This is my third run of the BC God bud, buds turn solid purple if you let it run long enough. Will stretch a good few feet if you give them a good veg period. But I'm not expecting much from them this go-a-around as they had a short veg cycle and a couple weeks behind the rest.

Here is one of my AK-47 and it's freaky stem. This thing grew like a ribbon, flat and wide. And this trait isn't in any of the clones I took from it, just a bizarre occurence. Oh and it split in some places, so it has a couple of huge split open holes in it but it still seems healthy.



Only thing weirder then the stem is the top... I can't even explain the top;stars


The Ak-47 looks like a vine

The PK and GK are healthy and extremely vigorous growers, went skimpy on the pics, sorry guys will have more next update

A quick shot of the 3 GB and the last GK, all of them are a couple week behind the rest due to short veg period or being crowded out of the light, but one they catch up they'll finish filling in the screen nicely

SO with all that out the way this is my first grow.. First i will explain the plants then i will give my equipment and nutes etc.. I was given two clones a Durban and a Jackie-O. The first pic is miss Jackie-O the second is the Durban those i started a month before.. now pics 6 and 7.. i was given 7 clones 2Sage,2Hash,1God Bud and a random named Paul Bunyan.. so with that being said these pics are now 3 months old i will put the rest up.. I was also given a Bag of seeds ;rasta 34 to exact out of that i took 30 i then invested in DUTCH MASTER REVERSE and DUTCH MASTER GOLD PENETRATOR pics 8-10 are the beginnings of those seeds these are all random.. with all that please comment let me know what you think the randoms will be what they look like thank you all stay safe.. oh ya i am med mj caregiver so i am 100% Legal!! :thumbsup:

The idea is to integrate the reservoir as the DWC and use a sprayer system above the water level. I've been reading alot on NFT systems and the explosive growth that comes with them but I have a pretty small area and was looking for a way to conserve space. Any thoughts? ;joint

Today is the day that I start my marijuana diary. Back in the day...the late 80's... we were growing. We kept lab books, punnett squares, and we bred. I loved every minute with the plants; I liked being under the lights, I liked knowing the temperature without a thermometer. I liked watching my cat munch down on the shake I took out. It's been 20 years later, and in that time, not without significant accomplishments, I've never had as much joy as I did when I was growing.

We kept a pure strain of bigbud for economical purposes, early girl for colorado outside fun, northern lights because it brought in the most $$ at the time, and our evolving strains, that we just called different generations, lemon/lime and purple donkey dick.

All was good and just in the world, until 95...
I switched lights to bud out, and put the metal halide bulb and hood on the hardwood floor, but forgot the timer was on the MH and 4 hrs later, poof...floor boards smoldering, house on fire, plants done,
me and innocent bystander arrested in front of our 400 closest neighbors.

I got off on a deferred sentence, but was warned that if I had any other dope related charges, the felony w/ intent to distribute from that fire would be brought back up

I didn't realize how much I smoked, and how much it would cost if I had to buy, but I soon learned. I would definitely have to make an ounce last longer than a week. No, without the crop, I couldn't.., I couldn't really afford to smoke at all!!!!

Tell me it isn't a perfect Shakespeare tragedy wherein the protagonist witnesses his one true love suffering through his own hand. Curtain falls... everybody dies

But THANK GOD TO THAT HOLLYWOOD ENDING!!!

germed 5 seeds by putting them in a cup of water, in less than 24 hours they had all cracked, 24 hours after that they all had tails at least a centimeter long poking out of the shell.
they went into cups filled with straight fox farm ocean forest soil.
put under a set of 4 foot fluoros, 2 bulbs are grow and 2 are the bloom spectrum.
here they are 2 and a half weeks later.

As of today, I was able to setup that test using 4 plants that are close in size, in an aeroponics system, placed inside a 30" x 18" grow space. I will be taking photo updates regularly to show you all the progress of a full bloom using the only LED light on the market that is able to fully penetrate your canopy. Below you can find a picture showing the test setup taken today, September 26, 2009. This test will demonstrate to everyone, just how much weed you can grow using only 126W watts of light, throughout the next 8 weeks.

Her grow... My friend (who wishes to remain anonymous) allowed me to photograph her grow using 4, 126W Penetrator LED Grow Lights from yours truly. Her grow consisted of only 4 plants, split into two groups of 2, that were about 3 weeks apart from each other. The plants were in a 2' x 4' aeroponics tray that I also built, and only received LED light during this bloom cycle. You will notice a few left over HID's hanging in the background in the photograph, but that's all they did the whole time. They've since been removed for sale.

Anyhow, back to the grow at hand. The first pictures are from 8-22-09, when the oldest plants were about 3 weeks into bloom. The two larger plants are Strawberry Cough X White Rhino, and AK47. The smaller plants are Ice, and AK47. The nutrients used for this test were Humboldt Nutrients Master A & B, Ginormous, CalMag, and Molasses. The CO2 was at 700ppm during the first 4 weeks of bloom, and varied between 700-1100ppm during the remainder of bloom. Room temp was a steady 80-85 degrees, and the humidity was between 40-50%. Anyhow, enjoy the first picture, cause there's lots more to come.

Currently I have the lil girls (hopefully) in a motley bunch of containers but soon they will all be in the white 2.5 gallon buckets I have been drilling and screening. I had a lil hot soil issue due to some of the types of compost that was tossed in the pile. But seems its getting under control. I have flushed and it should be evident in the droopiness but I wanted to post them now so it may help someone who has these issues and needs help. I am totally going without a soil test kit and no crazy meters to show that it is possible.
SO HERES WHAT I HAVE SO FAR:
12-2.5 GALLON BUCKETS- FREE FROM CRAIGSLIST
2- 4 FOOT FLORO FIXTURES WITH 3 BULBS EACH-FREE CURBSIDE
1-600 Watt HPS with enclosed ballast -FREE FIENDS GARAGE
Soil is a mix of homemade compost leaf grass and veggie debris, vermiculite, firepit baked rich soil from yard...baked on firepit to sterilize. Smelled bad but nice soil was a lil hot at start, good now.
I have a metal heavy duty shelf system thats adjustable its super nice to have.
I picked up 3 sheets of mylar at the local art school where my friend teaches and got it free
I'm going to be picking up some cheap ferts so that I stick to the low budget part of this grow. For those who check this out I appreciate it if you will stick around and see this through.

SO heres where Im at I had plain soil germinated my seeds after a 24 hour soaking. It was some good but seedy Indica with great body buzz. Figured if it was grown without wasting energy on seeding it will finish a lot nicer I put them in the soil 9/24/09 HERES TODAYS PICKS
