I have a friend who is growing some sd and some other mixed hybrid, i forget but anyway, not alot of info, just looking for some help. I think that since its the set right before the new growth that is having the problem, everything is fine. the set after that appears to be ok. the curl happen during the transfer. they are under a 400w mh, with a ph between 6 and 7. Its 19 days from seed and the other plants are not having a problem except one that had stunted growth witch might be genetic.
thank you, i do think the moisture should be higher, its been in the 30's and 40's, he even has a humidifier, towel in the bucket too, what else could he do to raise humidity and is it a good idea to spray them with water, how often and when, with the lights on or off, i heard if you spray them with the lights on its not good because of the hid
how r you growing them? looks like hydrotron rocks?..it looks to me like its a ph problem my friend...6-7 u say if your doing it water style then your ph needs to be lower..say 5.2 to 5.8..but what do i know??? lol i grow aeroponics and like my ph at the level of 5's..i say lower the ph for 2 weeks and ill bet ya itll perk up..gl

PH is definitely too high. 5.8 tops for hydro. Dont spray the leaves with water...that will just burn em under that light. The plant is uptaking plenty of water from the roots at this age. Most likely your issue is too high PH and probably some overabundance of nutrients. BUT, we all get some funky leaves from time to time when the plants are small. Just keep your PH right and dont overnute it and you should be fine.
