she is a shelter dog. part collie part beagle. she has the look of a collie but nature took her sweet self and shrunk her down to the size of a beagle and with beagle coloring. oh yeah, and she has the mouth of a beagle too. barks endlessly.

So I decided to include the second member of my canine children. She is also a mutt but not like the other that was adopted from a shelter. This particular dog found me. She showed up at my office over 8 years ago, starving and wounded. She was wearing a collar so tight that the hair on her neck was gone. It was as pathetic an animal as i had ever seen.

But all is good now and she lives the good life

I have mentioned dear Cyrus in chat from time to time. He stopped by today and also got into the photo shoot. Cyrus is the Rottie that lives next door but has claimed my girls as his personal harem.
