How come I never have seen any body smoke tea, nor even talk about it today? I had never even heard of smoking it until recently...someone explain to me...well smoking tea in general, effects, how hard it is too find, legal? etc

I don't get it. You're asking if tea is legal and where to get it? Ever been shopping... ANYWHERE? Why you'd even smoke tea is beyond me. Are you using this as slang for some kind of smart drug? Honestly dude this whole thread makes no sense.

Never tried smoking tea leaves before, but "Cava" tea makes your face and head numb. It's legal, I think, and cheap for the most part.

You are making a mistake, smoking tea is non-sense and yes you can do it and it is perfectly legal, but try someother great legal herbs I grow a couple myself such as white sage,dandelion flowers ,skullcap,yerba santa and Mullein, its a taste that you will have to get used to, but mix it with fine grinded, A's grade cannibis you will not regret it, i prepare it by taking all your choosen bud/herb mix together untill even, then add a couple drops of water into a type of tin can [my choice] pour your mix into it, then drain the water out and you will have a sticky looking bud type,then put it on piece of tin foil and set under a hot lamp for a couple hours and after dried you are ready to go!! best in waterbong, or your fav vape!! and enjoy!
