that persian king seemed like he liked little boys more then those hot harrem girls all around. oh ya that hunch back was a very lucky man with those hot young women. thats probable the most female flesh he has seen scince birth.

I bought this when it came out last week and watched it the same day. Saying I was blown away is an understatement. This was instantly my second favorite movie of all-time.
'300' had everything. The action sequences were the best I have ever seen, cinematography was second to none and the acting was tremendous.
Did you all know that the actor who played King Leonidas (Gerald Butler) was the Phantom in the movie remake of 'Phantom of the Opera' that came out a few years ago? He did a fantastic job. Couldn't see King Leonidas being played by anyone else.
The battle scene where they fight the Immortals for the first time and that ogre comes out and hurls the axe is my favorite battle scene. Very cool.

Very cool. | that big ogre wasn't in the comics, one of the very few differences between the comic and the movie... but it was very cool anyway so i'm glad they added it.

when i got my copy of 300 i watched it 5 times in just over a day

Try watching it with the commentary on. I did this last night. Pretty cool. You learn a lot about the film and how they achieved the different shots.
