I just came back from watching this movie and I thought it was spectacular. Some of the fight scenes were a little lacking because there were so many moving parts it was hard to tell what was going on. Other than that, it was a great remake of a classic cartoon ( made me feel like a kid again), unlike the TMNT movie which in my opinion was a huge let down. I'm gonna go back and watch it again tommorow after smoking

My old lady and I saw it this past weekend. Really good flick! We were glued to the screen the whole time.. It didn't feel nearly as long as the 2-1/2 hour run time. That's when you know it's a good movie. I was really glad to hear P. Cullen as Optimus Prime again.
We'll probably see it again before it leaves the big screen. It just has to be experienced that way.
Here's a little preview below for those who haven't seen it yet. Check out the special effects!!

i was highly dissappointed in the fact that the tank was called 'devestator.'
now i hear that they will be making sequels, and the constructicons will be in there....so what will they call the combined mass of the constructicons(devestator, in the cartoons)?
'brawl' i think is the name theyre going with.
gayness.

brawl is the original name of the tank, and it was later changed to devastator, i believe we won't see the real devastator in any sequels (despite the fact Bonecrusher was in it, he's one of the constructicons)... but if you really wanted to nit pick about details like that, i can think of a few for you...
BumbleBee is originally a Volkswagen beetle in the cartoons, in the movie he is a Camaro...
Megatron Should transform into a powerful gun, but instead he transforms into an inter-stellar Jet... the makers of the movie felt it would be like "Darth Vader Changing into his own light saber", so they changed his transformation.
OH and Devastator will NOT be in any sequel... due to the fact that Bonecrusher was killed in this movie.
Anyways... i thought this movie was amazing, i was a huge fan of TransFormers as a kid... and i was NOT disappointed with this movie... if you haven't seen it... GO SEE IT!....
if you have seen it, see it again
Peace

and when the camaro was parked in the lot it was right next to a little yellow vw. homage paid.
everybody knows that megatron was a gun. exactly what went through whoevers head that decided to go against that i cant quite say, perhaps because they didnt want to put up with all of the bsing from non 1st gen knowledgable people about how this giant robot shrinks down into that little gun.
an article i read said that michael bay went with devestator because he liked the name better.
i realize that bonecrusher met his very stellar fate in the movie, but one peice would not be so hard to replace, especially considering what has already been done with this first movie.
i as well thought the movie was quite amazing, and well worth the watch. i just see absolutely no justification for the name switchnig based on the directors whim of what "sounds cooler."
they shoulda gave Megatron his second generation Transformation instead (when he gets turned into Galvatron and transforms into a bigger turret like Cannon) atleast that way it still woulda played more true to the cartoons/comics.... wouldn't mind seeing the DinoBots in the sequel, that would be well cool
