It was a very good movie, for movie go-ers... but if your a comic fan you might be let down at the way things turn out at the end.... something happens that never would've happened in the comics... this involves the Green Goblin (Harry)... thats all i'm saying as i don't want to ruin the movie for others who wish to see it....
But despite that, it's still a great must-see movie for anyone, the scenes with sandman are just visually amazing...
Venom on the other hand doesn't see a lot of screen time, and was defeated kinda too easily since he is considered to be Spidermans greatest, most vicious enemy, and has never actually been truly defeated in the comics... of course he's been beaten, and even turned good for a while... but i just find it hard to believe that Venom doesn't get his own film with which to battle and torture poor spidey. (Venom of all characters should get a whole movie to himself, with the exception of the original Green Goblin (Norman Osborn) Venom is Spideys greatest Nemesis)
Allthough it is entirely possible we will get to see Venom again, there is still a small sample of the venom suit symbiote slime in the possession of one Dr. Kurt Connors, but because of this it's more likely we will see the Lizard if there is to be a next movie... mainly because Connors IS the Lizard... in an attempt to grow back his own missing arm, he experiments with the DNA and genetics of lizards (who grow back tails and limbs) and of course in true comic fashion things go horribly wrong.
Anyways i'm rambling now
