understandable being a financial thing rather then grow experimentation,rest assure when you do decide to start breeding your own you'll wish you'd of done it long ago as some seeds coming from seed banks aren't all what their cracked up to be.
personally i haven't ordered any seed in over 3yrs now but once in a while see something that catches my eye and buy it to try out mainly just do different trades with friends from another forum i use to belong to then mix them creating different hybrids which i trade with so things work out fine as friends have come to trust in my breeding of different strains with over 30yrs of growing know a few things when it comes to growing weed. here's a little grow of 12/12 from seed with no veg time under 400watts, 6 crops a year...

tattoo sounds good and a cross can do wonders, but when you cross it do it on both side with males from both sides what ever your cross. Then back cross with the plant you got the seeds from the original strain before you crossed it to produce the new hybrid seeds picking out the best looking plant(hybrids) that were produced strengthening the gene pool for great F#2 generation plants. And can go on and on and create different hybrids and poly hybrids mixing 3 or 4 plants together till you create something that puts ya in a coma and if you do it right can restrict the gene pool so no one else can reproduce it and will restict breeding with stray pollen as well if by chance someone has plants near by and doesn't get their males removed soon enough. some stress is good because it causes an increase in resin production... just be sure not tho stress then to the point that plants end up morphing on you...
