tens of thousands of dollars of weed plants were taken from AMSD, and I was just there yesterday! I pulled up today and there were cops and FBI there!

Yesterday, I got signed with Cannamed, and the FBI seized the patient records from there. That's really sketch.....

The title of this post is misleading. Cannamed is still operating and actually approved 31 people for MMJ cards yesterday during the raid.

AMSD was caught in the crossfire and all meds & paperwork was removed from their facility.

In fact, the FBI cut a hole in a wall to avoid carrying plants out in front of the media. Photo snapped by Warren Edson Esq.

And its pretty shiatty the feds decided to take the records of patients. We are trying to get comments from the Attorney Generals Office as to why they did this.

Lol i didnt mean cannamed was shut down, i meant cannamed as a subject, and AMSD was shut down. I actually got signed the day before the raid by CannaMed, and my mom was one of them signed yesterday during the raid. I actually saw the FBI and cops there and it was pretty sketchy. I don't know what they're going to do with the records, should we be concerned?


My plant is lookin pretty good, most recent photo (1 week ago) she's 4.5 feet tall, CO Outdoor.

^^^^ My point exactly Michael. You just keep decorating your own cake... You question a man who is representing in some fashion over 40-50 dispensaries in the state in some sort of way? As a lwyer who will defend them in a court of law... Sounds like representation to me... Not to mention he is probably the second most revered Marijuana lawyer in the state behind Corry? And on top of it you question his prices?? You should be the last one to talk with outrageous prices...

People can see through you Michael. And its a beautiful thing.

NOONE goes around bashing anyone else in this community besides you and your old partner Timmy T. You two are the most badly talked about resources in the State, and the fact it happens over and over is proof positive. And just like anyone else in this community that has complaints i will voice them loudly for them Michael.

People have serious issues with the way you talk to and treat them.

They dont hate you because you are successful. Anyone with the right mindset and staying within the laws can be successful at what we do. The good green sells itself. And patients thrive on the dispensary system. But ill say it again so maybe you keep hearing it and it sets in. Learn to communicate better.

please get on the obama websites and contact him regarding this ridiculous raid and seizure of medical records. these were supposed to stop! please speak out fellow medical mj patients. this is unacceptable.

I agree, why do they need to hold on to our personal records? That makes me a bit uneasy, I have a old charge f4rom back in the 90's for growing pot, all i need is them sniffing around my house....Plus I ahve not gotten my card yet and canna med said they can not prove to me it was sent because the FBI still has the records..
