Why does Marijuana Radio promote LEGALIZATION when <mod note: please do not use members real names on the boards> ,you yourself , do NOT believe in legalization?? As ive heard you say before and just read on your own forum?

Its just has been bothering me since i heard you say you don't even believe in legalizing the herb. Yet you smoke everyday?

Its fine to use the show to promote a business and make money but at what cost?

I dont feel we are out of line for calling attention to this either.

What a GLORIOUS day for Marijuana Radio!

Today we have lots of stuff to offer up!

Tune in for a very interesting night and a very full show. We jump off the starting line fast with a new segment called Activism News. After that, enjoy the one and only Tommy Chong who stopped by our studios for a very personal and deep discussion. All the regular earmarks are there, and near the end, we got a special surprise from a call in listener named PUMA who is a phenomenal beat boxer. We were blown away by his talent. Check out our short film released today, Marijuana Back in Time. It is our greatest work to date. Please spread the word of our charming media outlet like wildfire.

This time around we worked our hardest to produce something very special. Marijuana Back in Time is a story of time travel and follows two Cavemen, Panka and Danka as they jockey for the affections of Kahna. Join them for a special day where they all discover the amazing power of marijuana. This plays more like a short film. It was partly inspired by the 80s film 'Caveman.' So, adults, sit back, light up a fat one, pack a bowl, or however you do it, and enjoy Marijuana Back In Time. It is our greatest and proudest work to date. I don't know how or if it's possible, but please request that YouTube feature this video. This video is intended for viewers over the age of 18. Enjoy!

I'm really so bad that you have to pit yourself against me? Honestly, dude? Is it really necessary? C'mon.

I just want to be a movie maker, and you want to change the world, and in doing so, you've chosen me as an object you can attack. So change the world, but stop expecting me to tow some line you have in your brain. I'm JUST an artist and I want to make media and make a living at it. Business is always a struggle and you are showing me why you have no where near the practical mind FOR it.

Or is this really about your bruised ego because we're not working with you?

I don't produce the show around what you think would be ideal for it. It's our creative baby. Just like we do our thing our way, you do your thing your way.

You're not working with me, so why do you have such a deep profound interest in reformatting our program? Why are you so sensitive about the way I approach it?

I would sincerely appreciate that you stop painting me as some force you have to be against. It's just simply preposterous. You keep trying to point out contradictions in my philosophy of things. You dig for the smallest things and want to point your judgemental finger. And probably, no matter what I say, you'll come up on the flips side of the coin because you're overly emotional about whatever you don't like about me, which in turn diminishes your credibility because it's blatantly personal.

It's between the two of us, and you have to go out to the public to seek support I believe because you are in a lonely situation. I have not gone out to people and bashed you, and you clearly have done so about me and my business. It's not right, T(Moderator note: DO NOT post others real names on open forums, thank you). It says more about YOU that you paint me the enemy for nonsense. We have so much in common, but you gotta make me the dart board.

Please give it a rest. Make the best show you can. I'm not stopping you or telling you not to. Nor have I gone out of my way to 'address' you as if something needs to be addressed, as if I, or you are in any position to judge anyone. If there is one thing I can say comes heavily from you it is the pointing finger of judgement. It's so ridiculous.

I bruised your ego, and that's where your problem with me is from! Deny as you wish, but it's the truth of things to me.

If legalization means for me that they will find another 'way to get me,' i.e. making smoking and driving as serious as drinking and driving, then it is my proposition, that legalizing it may make my life potentially MORE of a nightmare. In other words, I may feel MORE JEOPARDIZED to follow a WHOLE other set of laws based upon the legalization of weed.

I can find weed, so for SMOKING it I don't need legalization. I want it because it's right in a society supposedly 'based' on freedom. But I don't want it if crooked lawmakers will then devise yet another scammy way to fuck up lives of people like me and you. Closing one legal door will open another. You should be ashamed to over simplify my philosophy of things and come after me personally. I fault you for trying to over simplify my complex philosophy. If you want the media to be fair and accurate, why are you spinning me so negatively? Why did you so badly want to work together if I'm so bad? It wasn't BEFORE you read more about me. It's your ego, yeah?

I want marijuana to be free and legal. This is a true statement that I am making, no matter what hoghoey you're peddling about me, you're putting out a simplified statement of some kind that I made. However, I doubt this inclination to legalize if as I said, a new set of laws may make my life more of a potential nightmare. Get it? Too complicated? How about you respond and make it really personal, yeah?

And yeah, I want it legal to grow because I think the hobby would be a beautiful and peaceful one, but I don't grow because I have very much to lose in my life. I don't suggest it the wise time to grow if one values their physical freedom. I'm not so COOL as to deem myself a martyr. I don't want attention for getting in trouble. I want it for the media that I create. OMG, I'm such a business owning bastard whore! It's SO worth hating on me, right?

Don't forget Obi Wan. The truth often has very much to do with our own perspective. Your 'truths' that you paint about me are all emotionally tainted by your jealous bias.

Now, be a reasonable grown up or gwa gwa gwa. Yeah, I'm talking down to you publicly. Just like you're trying to do to me. Be reasonable and you'll find that I'm more than reasonable.

Lets make one thing clear to the people reading this, NEVER has anything been about my ego, and no, sorry P you never ever bruised my ego, you take too much credit. I know this is supposed to be a peaceful place but changes are coming...

Your rant and raves are enough to prove how egotistical and a farce Marijuana Radio is as a Reform entity. Your video posted above proves it. If we need to, we can go back and pull out all of the offensive and utterly disgusting things MJR has done in the progress of reform, on your shows. My beef has always been with the way you do MARIJUANA REFORM. Its not responsible and yes P i think that i understand the bigger philosophy that you are trying to peddle. I get it fully. The fact you are acting and speaking down to me like im not even on your level of education or understanding of the world, talking to me and others like a child time and time again, is more proof of how you are lost in your media "world".

Make movies, and produce that stuff till your heart is content, thats not the issue. The issue is you and your staff making wreckless and endangering comments, pushing incorrect and false information (ie. marc emery case; interpretation of medical laws in states) Its irresponsible and distressing.

Stop pushing the whole personal thing cause im beyond that, you have proven to me and many others, ask a former Host, that your business is about media and thats it. And i take extreme issue with people believing in your message when its false and you yourself would rather see a joint or bag of green in your hand as LONG AS YOU ARE SAFE, BUT CARE LESS about the ones who actually get caught. Your idea of legalization is ridiculous and not even in the realm of thought, its basically anarchy. Shame on that view.

And no P am i in no way feeling ALONE in my case and fight for freedom. I have emptied my pockets and seen those around me fight, and empty their pockets to beat what should already be right. A medical case. Including NORML, CANNABIS CULTURE and SAFER. Your former host is doing more in the time she left MJR than you ever allowed her to do while there. Thats what community is about, helping in times of need, not greed. You have chosen to build a MEDIA/TV company and thats fine. This is America and i wish the best to you, but not with the message that comes across. When i pitched to work with MJR thats one thing i was gonna aim at, the main thing in fact. it doesnt hurt me that i now am with WeedWatch and there are no strings attatched and those who wish to get a message across are free to do so responsibly. Guests on your show have hung up on you, and MJR on multiple occasions, because of offensive statements, and has wrecklessly driven over the edge in the jokes it makes. This is no where near a personal vendetta P, trust me, otherwise your emails and text msgs would prove who got really worked up about things.

Like i said to you and on JDR before, and in personal conversations, i have ALWAYS taken issue with alot of the meanderings of MJR. Hence our slogan ACCURATE. INFORMATIVE. JDR can thank MJR for that one.

i want you away from this community, the forums, after all, you only advertise, for free im guessing since they are posts, not banners, and away from responsible caregivers and patients. And im not alone in this opinion. Its just i gotta be the bad guy and part of many, many people who want to fix the image of marijuana. Not drag it in the mud.

ps- P, a few many proud Americans would have flattened your nose, or just turned away and never stood up to yah for the way you have talked down to me, countless times and made it seem like you are a perfect peaceful hard working person, and so much better in your thoughts. You do it in the show, and Just go back and read how you make it seem like im an idiot and dont understand business. JDR is not a business, and has never charged ad time, lets make that clear. its an information source and if you really wanna see my business background and make it personal, in private ill send yah my resume. Including a degree with heavy promotional sales and business infrastructure backround.

Now ill leave it up to you to leave the community, or for myself to implode the relationship ive built here with these great people.

The ideals mean too much to me, and i cant stand by and say nothing while you continue to pass off Reform, as irresponsible entertainment.

You're a divider. You're heavy on hating what I do, and it's crazy that only weeks ago you were beaming up my rear end about how remarkable MR is when you thought that you might work with us.

You're labeling me a 'reformer' entity? I'm a media producer and I make entertainment. I'm a political person, but it's not the be all end all of my professional existence. I didn't ask you to come stick your arrogant nose in my face today. It's fine if you're arrogant, but you don't have to make me your pet hate cause.

My lifestyle is a free lifestyle, as also are the lives of the talented others I'm working with, and everything we're doing is a creative expression about the true lifestyle we live, and hopefully it will get us where we want to go professionally. The media is a makeup of our lives creatively. It's part reality and part fiction.

It's not about me sticking my face up the ass of a cop and going to jail. I care about the situation of people, and there are stories we'll tell.

You wanted to be a part of MR. I'm sure you did. It has not 'changed' from the show you wanted in on.

I work with good hearted people, and you're attacking them too because on some level it's something all of them love to express themselves through, and because of your own jealousy, you can't just be a well wisher, like I have for you, even in the previous post. Do your show, and please don't make me your silly pet hate cause. It is petty as can be.

So I wanted to ask everyone, please view my 'irresponsible' entertainment that I produced. We're really proud of the movie.

Joking and bickering aside, it's some of my proudest work in my life. I'm not ashamed of it. On the contrary, it's really a rad milestone for the company. More to come.

And if im still off then i still stick by JDR and its thoughts that MJR needs to change its branding and image as a responsible source for information.

AND ALL THAT IS AWESOME. And for the sake of the name Marijuana, i hope its successful. But i still question the ability of MJR to continue to bring a reasonable and responsible voice to the community.

Yes im being hyper critical, for one, that is the new focus of JDR, calling out hypocrisies in the Drug War and culture, and until today. now, noone really knew when you were joking and not. Now everyone can see you, yourself, dont consider MJR as a credible reform source and responsible entity with the community.

Create entertainment, and run your business. im just glad i got it out in the open that you dont think of accuracy and importance of progression first like you sometimes brand MJR, and some think you do.

We are gonna do the same thing with High Times when we get them on the show in a month or so. You aren't the only target. Im not out to make friends, and keep them. Those who are lined up behind us are lined up and aren't leaving.

But by your own admission, stop pushing irresponsible reform. For the sake of us all.

My credibility comes from being an ACCREDITED Associated Press journalist and having taken ethics classes P. Not just a simple blogger like alot of those out there.
