that's silly. I live near Flint Michigan. What they need to do is get it on the state ballot, that way it's state law battling federal law and not a silly city ordinance trying to win against the DEA.

i agree, what a small step but at least it is a step. To think that guy was prescribed Oxycontin when he used to just smoke pot for his illness, replace pot with something known to have addictive qualities usually compared to heroin? What sence does that make?
