yup. every time you come across a friend you havent seen in awhile, every time youre smoking a bowl with somebody new, throw the word out there. sooner or later, somebody will be able to help you out. or you could grow some of your own. not sure what the local laws are like on your part of the globe, but if you can get some spores and growing supplies, it will be smooth sailing for you from then on out.

never done it myself, but i know it is very easy once you get it going. keeping your growing supplies/equipment sterile is very important. because you are growing a fungus, the environment is ripe for bacteria and unwanted mold/fungus growth

As far as I can tell there is no up keep, once you inject the spores into the medium, you have to leave it air tight.
