well i have 4 week-old seedlings in peatmoss. there lookin great but i have them under a flouro "growlight" its workin but i dont think its enough. i wana use cfls and understand the ratings, but i wana know exactly what to get. how many, what size to get me through veg. im also cheap, but will fork some money over for the children. any advice will help!

Those lamps will work for your sprouts but when they get bigger you're going to need more. If they start to stretch, that will tell your right off that there needs to be more light.
