Hello i'm a first time grower and I been reading alot of other people's way's of their growing step's and alot of people are using 23w(100 w equivilant) CFL'S bulbs and I want to do the same but I can't seem to find the sameone that everybody uses so if someone know's where can I get them at let me know. And when it say's 100w equivilant that's the amount of watt's that the light bulb gives off? And if so does the 23w mean that it only uses 23w? So if u can please let me know

i used the 150 watt equiv. got em at the depot 10 bucks each

the 100w equivalent part means its "light output" is equal to that of a 100w incandescent bulb while only using 1/4th the power. Yes if it says it uses 23watts it only uses 23 watts.


Walmart sells up to 150watt equivalent bulbs, they are about 10 bucks.
