Ok....I just dropped a wad of dough in the last couple days to get my grow room set up. I have a small room - 4'x6' - so need to remain small - yet efficient.

Dis be what I got....

If that was my system, i would plan on using the whole 4ft x 6ft for those six plants. I would set up a scrog screen, or plan on doing some stem training like supercropping to make use of the entire 4 x 6 space. You will need to bend the plants that are on the peremiter outward, away from the center so as to spread the canopy out evenly.

Next, i'd ditch the leds in favor of a 600w digital ballast light with the largest reflector you can fit in there. Digitals let you use either HPS or MH bulbs if you so desire.

Black and white Panda film is available at any gro shop.

i recommend flat white paint over any type of mylar wall covering. mylar is damn fine stuff but a bitch to keep clean, especially if you plan on doing much misting. flat white offers far less maintenance without losing much reflection.

look for this instead of the silver/black plastic sheets at your hydro store: its called Panda plastic . its black on one side, and white on the other, and its light proof.

Hey! Thanks for the tips on the wall covering. I actually wound up getting a grow tent. It's 4'x4'x6.5' - with all the vent holes, etc. Pretty slick.

So - I ordered all my stuff and now I am DYING in anticipation to get it - searching for seeds and learning about germination, etc. I am a medical marijuana patient - and my caregiver will sell me some clones - so I will be orchestrating that as well.

Eventually I want to get seeds and germinate - as I want to get a different strain from what my caregiver has - they have 2 strains - strawberry ice and tighty whitey - love em both. They compliment each other nicely.

But - I'm looking forward to experimenting.

So - what strains out there do you use? I want something easy for a beginner - yet with a decent thc content and yield.

Strain Suggestions? Supplier Suggestions?
