is this a sign of low humidity or is it fertilizer problems for sure?

I doubt it's a humidity problem. I know for a fact that they grow well around 20%, which is what it is here all winter long, there abouts anyway. What have you got for RH there?

Your plants are suffering,your medium is presumably from a pervious grow?
Id flush those clean before anutha feed!

medium is new, and yes i had noticed my salty balls, lol , is salt my problem? how can i measure saltyness?

RH... relative humidity right? i really dont know, how can i measure or calculate that?

You could get a hygrometer at home depot or some place like that, it'll give you temp and humidity. They can be spendy sometimes.

If you have a cleaning agent for flush happy days,if not run a flush with a lil nutes in,it helps breakdown the accumilation,then flush with plain water.
When resuming feed,start at 1/2 strenth an work up.
The measure of salts or nutrients is taken with a meter,ec,and or ppm.
Looks like youve been feeding too heavy,follow the instructions on the bottle if you dont have an ec meter.
Id suggest a meter after u get the hygrometer,ofcourse you can grow without these,they just make it much easier.
Also flushing weekly can help avoid buildups which stop the plants from being able to feed.

i use a battery meter for ppm/ ec / pH , and im following the nutes labels and charts, do you recomend following some kind of proven method or chart for sugested ppm/ec/Ph levels for this kind of system (ebb flow) i think this is my problem, im used to grow in drip system. Can this be my problem? humm? maybe not... im starting to think that my probe meter is malfunctioning...or uncalibrated...i dont know!
ill have to check that out.
system feeds automaticaly 4 times a day for 15 min each as recomended in instructions, is this ok?

i use a digital temp and humidity meter, but how i know RH? i think im recycling the air too much and this is keeping things too dry. how can i measure RH???

Rh,is relative humidity which can be monitored with a hygrometer.The amount of water in the air.
Your enviournment seems fine,what food are you usuing?
An airstone in your rez will help with feeding,keeping things mixed between feeds.

overfertilization is your problem.I dont know what kind of nuetz ur using but it is always best to start out light .the label is a guide line not a rule,so keep that in mind....Less is better until u see what ur plant can handle... im not a hydro head so take it how ya will.I am a experianced grower tho.with hydro u should know in hours if u have over done it..I will try to get some other peeps to give ya reliable info ......not knocking any info u have gotten so far..
