Droopy leaves

Light Source 1 x 23 watt Cfl and 1 X 20 watt cfl

Woke up this morning and had a look at my plants
The leaves are starting to droop
But the only leaves that are dropping are the 3rd and 4th set of spiky leaves

Id repot those in some fesh medium immediately,look like the ph is outa wack,maintain the ph,keep a close eye on it.
Defeciencys have occured but the plants will recover,feed at 1/2 strenth first then work up.You could also do with a decant lamp,light can be considered as a nutrient and without the corect lamp and spectrum the results will be poor.
How old are they?
