Should I install some type of fan?

My grow is in my dresser, I just eliminated all the bottom of the drawers, still looks like a dresser and all ...But I believe its starting to get fairly warm in there. Should I put like a microwave fan on the side of my dresser blowing out air? ..

Exactly how warm is it? If it's in the 70 degree range you ought not worry. Warmer than that though, you could consider a fan.
