OK Im on day 73 of 12/12 trics are still mostly cloudy but some are clear.75%/25% The plants are still growing as the buds are becoming larger and more dense and there are still alot of white hairs, but I have a bad molybdenum deficiency I have just started flushing a week ago but the majority of the plant is purple. If I wait to harvest another week or so the trics should be ready but the whole plant will be purple. Will the purple effect my harvest badly or will it just be purple. Once it is trimmed up all the dead/dying material will be gone. Any suggestions, I was wondering because If I address this problem then I may not have Time to flush. also, what happens If the plant isnt flushed ? please help If you can

I forgot to add that the other plant is much closer to being done (almost all cloudy) and dosent show an signs of the deficiency just a little yellowing from no nutes the weird thing is it was the same soil for both plants. Next time I will use a better soil/nutes

hi I dont know what strain this is (Bag seed) but im sure its not supost to be purple. The other plant (same bag seed) is very crystaly and looks good just a little yellow from the flushing. my question is will this defiency mess up my harvest. Im still weary about uploading pics (security issues) and I dont know how to make a link but international cannagraphic fourms has a complete guide to sick plants and it looks like the molybdenum deficiency only worse. I wish I had more info for you but I am still new at this.
you could always upload one as a profile pic, post a link on the thread to it,
once you have solved the problem take it back off, if your really that paranoid
but i've never heard of anyone being busted from posting pics on a forum
ok so depending on your soil/nute combinations you could end up with diffrent type of deficiencys. Its too bad it didnt show up before I was so close to harvest, I probably could have fixed it. will the final outcome change much because of this problem. loss of yield or potentcy?
Hrd to believe that you have 75% cloudy and No amber??? anyway. I harvest whern I have 75% cloudy. You realizre that once turned amber that thc is degrading, right?
As far a s the purple. In grew NL5 x C99 awhile back and the buds wer eburgundy just like the piks here.
Once you flush, you are so close to harvest that there is nothing you could do anyway. so take good advice from above and Don't worry be happy..Peace and Good growing. Oh yeah harvest when ready.
I have one of those 60-100x microscope and I havent seen any amber trics. However the smaller lower buds appear to be maturing more rapidly(more cloudy and orange pistals) than the main colas. I was attributing this to the heat from the light. It is a 400w hps in a cool tube and the temp at the tops of the plants reach 85F durring the day and about 74f at night. Is the heat what is causing the tops to take longer? Or is this just because the pant is still growing. I pulled off all the leaves that have died from the def. last night and had a small bag full. oh well, There is more light getting to the lower buds.

As long as your Ph is fine, your nutrients are fresh every 7-10 days and you are feeding them the proper amounts at the proper cycle of life for the plant you are fine.
In the one pic you posted I see nothing out of order. There may be an issue with calcium and magnesium but it should out grow that.
Hey guys thanks for the help. I havent used the cal mag plus, I was using ro and tap water mix. Next time I will with just ro. Ph is good, It trys to go up to lower 7s as it drys out then would return back normal when I water. I think I will do hydroponicly next time to I can check everything more closely.
Get yourself some calmagplus like zandor suggest's.He told me the same & it appears to have helped with the small patches of yellow & brown on my leaves.good luck.
