First time growing a plant

Hello all

Im helping a mate, he lives alone so theres no problems with parents... security its good ^^

Well i think the plant are at 3-4 week of flowering using a 250w hps
the plant was a clone and i dont know what type is it, some might say Jack Herer but some say some Swiss type

Im giving 1 liter of water every day, and 700ml of water + 300 ml of some NPK --> should i use more NPK or more water or just water on the last 1-2 weeks for harvest

Using 2 fans, one on the roof and one close by the plant..

And btw im fighting with bugs for "ages"... theres white flys, small bugs that are like lice... well im sorry for my bad english

Any one have some tips? Is there no problem to harvest and curing with the bugs descrived above? What strain should be it ? Should i use a sprayer with some bug killer before dry the weed ?

You should definitely flush at the end for 2 weeks with water only. I personally use a flushing agent so it only takes about 5 days.

You need to get rid of those bugs now if you can. Basically you shouldnt be putting any chemicals on the buds after 4 weeks in.

No telling what strain it is. Once it is harvested you may better be able to tell by the high and taste.

flushing the last two weeks is a great idea, it will help with your curing process...as for the bugs, if you are on the last weeks then i agree its not a good idea to add any chemicals to the surface of your buds this late in the life of your plant but then again you can always add a few lady bugs to your grow area...

white fly's are the worst pest IMO . hard to get control of & ahrder to smoke lol. check the F&Q section & pests good luck

Hey people, well... these plant gave me some nice buds... but well i thought it was more, i mean damm drying lol

Any way i did some clones, some i gave to friends and i killed somes by over wattering... and im getting :S about the one that is still alive

im using a smaller pot than the one that shows on the picture, using soil and well first i thought i simply give much less water and the plant would stay fine, but it was some 2 leafs that changed the color to black and well.. can it be a sign of bad health of the root system ?

the plant shows these --> a bit yellow too, the point of the leaves are turning down, and well the plant was 2 years i guess

Any way today the top part of the stem got like gelly and the 2, 3 leafs got bended down... well i hope these one stays alive... but better days will come
