what is it supposed to do?

It keeps cool the lamp and the entire growbox with forced air aspiration, soon i'm gonna replace it with a bigger reflector sealed with a glass and add a inline fan too.

The people that say this must be very ignorant. I am an ASE certified auto technician (in several feilds) that should have been a physicist. And I honestly believe that I can do just about anything I put my mind to. I also like smoking from my dugout and making money whyle im at work. Perhaps these people can start fixing there own shit. oh yea, they dont know how!
