Master Kush

I just got 10 seeds of master kush. How should I plant them? What is the best way to make them grow? By the way im a newbie, this will be my first grow. Also the room I have is about 10 Feet long, 6 feet wide, and 10 feet tall.

Lights, fans, hydroponic equipment?
Is this going to be a soil grow?

Thanks, that video has a whole lot of information. I just started my own grow room following this video. One thing I am not sure is if I put one seed for one plant to grow.
