So I decided to seperate out my rooms. Before I have done my grows from beging to end in a single room. But at the first of the year I decided on an entire rebuild, including seperating my veg and flower rooms and doubling the size of flowering area.
The veg/clone box is just about done except I am still needing Panda film, as the shop was out at the time. The box was built with 1/2" plywood and measures 4ftx4ftx5ft (LxWxH). With a door cut out of one side.
The walls were coated with an antibacterial primer and painted with flat white latex paint. A Greenair THC-1 humidistat and fan were hung. To provide optimal humidity and air movement.
New concrete was poured and a plastic pond liner installed to prevent leakage from the box and to allow for easy clean-up. While wire shleving is used to raise the plants off the floor.
I have a small wire shelf unit and four 4ft fluoros for seedlings and an EZ-cloner for clones. Right now the box is in veg and is lit with a 400mh. The plants are in 3gal grow bags of 60/40 coco/perlite and are bieng hand wattered AN's 2+ nutrient schedule every other day.
After a while you want to run. I love growing, but growing means you never get a day off. Everyone deserves a day off.
