how many? alot! how good a grower are you? soil or hydro? what size lights?
some grow a lot of small clones that get 1/2 ounce per plant, then others grow bushes that yield 1/4 lb or more. I have grown plants that yielded a 1/4 oz...once I got 3/4lb out of one plant. good luck |

Stoner Buck$$: 143.46 | Re: How many clones does it take to weigh a LB.? Hey Thanks again for your info. I've been using Sensi grow, flower A&B with Big Bud bloom boost. I'm B+ grower just haven't been able to have a long term garden so I'm still working out the kinks. I use hydro, build my own systems, and use a 400 watt MD. I was thinking about 70 to 80 clones. |

I have seen a grow log where the fella had one plant, a 400 watt light, and pulled a lb off it by ScrOG. Keep in mind he was experienced....you may be too and would be able to pull it off as well...good luck.

Stoner Buck$$: 143.46 | Re: How many clones does it take to weigh a LB.? I plan to get another light for sure but I wondered if the adverge clone from side shoots had a dried weight of about 1/2oz or 1/4oz or even more? Thanks |

Stoner Buck$$: 741.81 | Re: How many clones does it take to weigh a LB.? each small clone needs about 1sq' I just never had good luck with too many clones in a small area...they go crazy, and you end up wasting so much time effort for a lot of foliage...
grow about 12. that should give you a good benchmark to measure your next grow by, and you won't get overwhelmed. Peace |

Thanks | well, if you get another light and are able to provide 50 watts per square foot you could pull 1/2-2 oz per plant. This is assuming that everything else, Nutes, environment, ect.., is in an acceptable range. Definitely listen to Latewood though....start with 12, so you can gage where you are at as opposed to your goals. It would be a shame to have a bunch of clones squished into a small place and only yield 1/4 oz or worse per plant. Sometimes less is more...
